 I have placed a simple button inside flash and when user clicks it flash goes full screen and again when the user clicks the same button it returns to normal mode.

Limitations:
1. In full screen mode all the keyboard inputs will be disabled.
2. A default text will appear when the full screen mode is launched.

But when I copy and past it in my .fla doesn't work any more.... why?
go to your publish settings (Ctrl + Shift + F12), and go to your Flash tab and change version to Flash Player 9 and ActionScript version to ActionScript 2.0, Next go to HTML tab and select template as Flash with allow FullScreen.
